Mix Ratio (by volume):
Varnish: 100 parts Polikor 2K Acrylic Varnish
Hardener: 50 parts Polikor 2K Acrylic Hardener
Thinner: 10 parts Polikor 2K Acrylic Thinner (optional)

Mix Life (20C): 3 - 4 hours
Application Viscosity (DINCUP 4/20C) 17 - 19 seconds
Gravity feed Spray Gun: HVLP 1.3 / Conventional Gun 1.3 mm - 1.4 mm
Pressure Feed Spray Gun: Conventional Gun 1.6 – 1.8 mm
Air Pressure: HVLP 2.5 – 3.5 bar / Conventional 4 bar
Application Layers: 2 layers
Dry Layer Thickness: 50 – 60 micron
Drying Time: 8 hours (20C), 30 min (60C)

Storage

Polikor 2K Acrylic Varnish should be kept in its original can in a cool dark place. It can be stored for at least1 year at temperatures up to 25°C. Higher temperatures may shorten its shelf life.

Caution

Flammable. Harmful if inhaled. Vapors may cause flash fire. Irritating to eyes and skin. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using this product. Do not breathe the vapors. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. Use only in well ventilated areas away from heat and flames. Keep out of reach of children. Do not return unused mixed meterial to can. It should only be used by trained professionals.
