Polikor Super Soft Polyester Putty is a semiflexible unsaturated polyester resin based putty which has excellent adhesion, easy apllication and sanding properties.In conjunction with Benzoyl Peroxide paste as hardener, it readily hardens even at low temperature conditions.It gives tack-free surfaces without any shrinkage during curing.

Applied To:

Polikor Super Soft Polyester Putty can be applied on bare metals including aluminium and galvanized steel, wood, SMC, FRP as well as old painted surfaces.

Usage:

Polikor Super Soft Polyester Putty can be applied by putty spatulas and flexible rubbers to the surfaces prepared before. It shouldn't be applied on thermoplastic acrylic and washprimer surfaces.

Hardener 1-3 (by weight)

Gel time: 4-8 minutes (depending on temperature and proportion of hardener)
Sanding Time: 20 – 30 mins., 23ºC

Storage

Polikor should be kept in its original can and in a cool place with the lid securely closed. Under suitable conditions Polikor can be stored for one year at temperature up to 25 C.

Caution

Flammable. Harmful if inhaled. Vapors may cause flash fire. Irritating to eyes and skin. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using this product. Do not breathe the vapors. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. Use only in well ventilated areas away from heat and flames. Keep out of reach of children. Do not return unused mixed meterial to can. It should only be used by trained professionals.
